Kamal M Malak is a chartered accountant. He was born in Delhi-India, and came to study in London at the young age. He qualified in London as chartered accountant. He worked in Peat Marwick Mitchell (now called KPMG) and Xerox Corporation in London. Later, he worked for Texas Instruments Inc in its Eurpoean headquarter in Nice, France. Then he moved to Ryadh Saudi Arabia with SIDF.

On his return to London, he worked for a commodity trading company, formed his own accounting practice and in between also worked for two hedge funds.

Kamal Is also a lyricist. He released three singles through his company Venus Music & Records Ltd. He still writes regularly mainly in English for mainstream pop music but also a few lyrics in Hindi. His released songs had airplay in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany and Denmark. He also wrote one off French lyric.

His fiction is a new genre of writing which combines fiction with real business world. The business apsects show a real understanding of the coporate world and the professional practices employed by accountants, lawyers and financial professionals. His writing relfects his background, knowledge of languages and his corporate expereince.

His writings are simple and easy to understand. Some times they contain explicit sex situations which are necessiated by the story. He uses the excerpts of his lyrics in the books. A little bit of unexplained suspense makes the reader contemplate the answers. He has got a particularly good sense of humour which is reflected in his works.
